Does the 63m Putz run 5 or 4 1/2 inch pipe. If it is not 4 1/2 inch how do they keep the weight down? |

it is 4.4 same as the 40m Putz. Conform is working on a 4.5 or 4.6 system that stays under the Putz max weight per foot/ full of concrete. |

Putzmeister Germany has been making some long booms for quite a while. They made the first 62 meter in 1986, I have a picture of it although it has a 65M: posted on the main stage they still called it a 62. The technology is definitely there to go farther; we should see a couple of much larger booms over the next few years. It |
