Glad to hear it N2, Its always nice to land a "bread n butter" job especially going into winter. I dont know how many pumps you run but I know these jobs can cause problems among the operators when one gets comfortable with going there every day. So dont forget to pass the bread and spread the butter. 

TooTall, I have already talked to my operators about this project and the scale of pay(goverment job)I mentioned if there were any bickering that I'll just go myself. I have 9 boom operators none of them are cry babies, and all are TEAM players.
