When you come to the begining of the begining...... it was a Putzmeister.

A putzmeister is still a putmeister, but now there are lots of machines that look like a putzmeister that are not.

Most of the look alikes have done away with the proximity switches and have gone to a hydraulic cycle system POC"s and they have gone to an open hydraulic system......... return to tank....like a Schwing. Some have gone to a center bearing for boom rotation (like all long booms use) Some have pressurized the hydraulic tanks to prevent cavitation.

So they may have started out life as a "putz copy" but they are all grown up and fully functional in their own right.

I think that is a good thing; but that is just my opinion  ;~)
