Good looking pump, great company,it would seem that your employer would supply you with good,4'X4' aircraft aluminum outrigger pads.

Okay, that is the only material that is available for dunnage, lets use the same 4x4's and build an outrigger pad that is better. On the first picture with plywood and 10-4x4's,you could first put 5 of the 4 bys about 2 inches apart then the sheet of plywood then the other 5 of the 4 bys ,in the same direction as the ones underneath, this time with no gap,do not cross them, utilize the maximum surface area available, crossing them will greatly reduce the strength of the pad.Lastly put the small outrigger pad on top.The second picture has a total of 20 4x4's.The bottom layer would be 10 4x4's with a 1 inch gap, next would be 5 4x4's with a 1" gap layed at about a 10 degree angle to the bottom row.Top row would be 5 4x4's with no gap at a 10 degree angle to prevent slippage, lastly the small outrigger pad.Apparently most of the work will be done off the front of the truck, put your best feet forward, pour it out.

pump was very stable, used the dunnage we had, had to spread out the weight. all the weight was on two front outriggers never one.
