predader so your telling me if you end up taking off line you should put a hose with no end on it every time you take a piece off you guys are nuts im not gonna put anymore damn pics up here all you guys do is is talk about how everybody else does it wrong.I cant win no matter what i do |

I have a 'placing whip', and that's exactly what I do, pull system off, and add the whip back on, never use a double ender. The whip is a longer length, and it's been worked so much that it's nicer and pliable. The guys will bring it back into a figure-8, even. |

Like drag racing....run what you brung. Be aware of the dangers, and let the others involved know too. run a little slower to give a chance. let the boss know there is a better, safer way and evolve.
Keep up the good work. strive to do it better. no harm, no foul. we can be a little tough at times, but don't fall behind the curve.

Mudcup just a litle tip. take more distance fom the door, than you can reach to that floor whit your pretty boom.Disconnect al the hose let the last few gallons drip outof your boom bal in side, connect blewoutcap and out whitout aney mes on the floor. |

mr w i will not go lower then 4" line from a boom pump, that's allot of head pressure your going from 9" to 3" i ain't doin it, i think that's to much reduction not to mention have you tried to push 3/4 stone through 3" line it ain't happening to easily thanks for your input though. |

Mr wibau | 04-21-2010 | reply profile send pm notify |
hey mate it is a concrete pump and is designed to concrete. dont worry about head pressure have you not seen my pxt. also i pump 3/4 through 3inch all the time. i mean get a 3 and a half inch hose trust me just try one. |

Blowing flex line with air is a disaster waiting to happen, all the hair nets in the plant won't protect you from the lashing you could receive from that snake. |
