I would bet money that he was talking on a cell phone at the time of the accident.

Cell phones rarely work once you get in that canyon.

If I had to guess,a shade to fast and not paying attention.The driver of that car sure is lucky,could have been much worse.One thought is the trailer bridged which would do the same thing.I saw that once with 4 yards on,crushed a car,taking 2 lives.
