Well after pumping who knows how many footings and walls I have finally have pumped my own for our new house and I could not believe how nervous I was....lol In the sub division where we bought the building code is for 15 mpa footings and 15 mpa walls. With some help from the forming company I have 30 mpa in my footing and 25 mpa going into my walls.

I was also talking to the site super about raising the floor mud and found out that as standard they use 45 mpa in the basement floor....wow no upgrade needed there...lol

Now here is something I found out when new home shopping not one sales person for any builder could answer the question what mpa concrete goes into the footings walls or basement floor and that no one ever asks that question...lol They all say what ever the building code calls for..... but they dont know what the building code is....lol..... go figure that...lol

wow 38Z 30 mpa Footings 25 mpa walls and 45 mpa floor. you building a bunker lol..... Well I guess if you want it done right ya gotta do it yourself eh ?. Them "Waterboys " in the GTA are something else.. I get a kick out of the ton of rebar in the footings and walls they use, then the boys juice it up the 15 Mpa to a 9" slump basically amounts to U-fill if you ask me, probably come back @ about 11 -12 Mpa after 56 days Scary I know this much you ain't putting 15 Mpa @ a 9" slump through my pump no thanks, be realistic or order Super "P" 15 Mpa hardly stays together @ a 5" slump, let alone the typical Toronto 9" slump 60\40 mix or 4 corner concrete. Glad too hear you do things right !
