What is the nitrogen pressure at after the rebuild? Maybee it might need a bit more precharge if its down to seal the o ring of the bladder against the housing |

i charged to 90 bar and waited 30 mins and it was low so i filled it again to 90 bar then waited 1 hour and checked again. it is holding right at 90 bar. but i will check again today |

So, is it leaking hyd. Oil or is the gas pressure not holding? If oil is leaking out, you probably have a oring, that was squeezed out of place during assembly, or some dirt that could prevent forming the seal. If the gas is leaking, check your schroeder valve, if that is good, you need to replace the bladder again |

Make sure you use a spanner wrench, and tap it with the hammer; since you are dealing with o-rings that create the seal, it needs to be tight, but not overtight, |
