The new step will fit putz new pumps that only have a hand rail on passenger side. Just remove hand rail and bolt back on. The first picture is of that hopper with hand rail.
 
I do make a step for hoppers with safety hoper grate switch on passengers side! But that step will need 1 hole drilled .
I have a grease kit that bolts straight to grease block. All they need is grease gun and hose.
 
They come powder coated white. But I have had 3 orders with out ant paint! So I will be make a small supply For and one that want to paint it there color. 
 
All steps come with everything to bolt to hopper.

This is a great design side foot step to the newer putzmeister pumps. Falling several times cleaning my hopper,the company I work for purchased 20  steps and I have one on my 47. This step makes it very safe and easy in and out of your hopper during washout. Great job rich

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER STAND OR GET IN TO THE HOPPER WHEN WASHING OUT NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER.AND ANOTHER THING NEVERE NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER GET IN THE HOPPER TO WASH OUT NEVER.IF YOUR EMPLOYER AGREES WITH YOU GETTING IN THE HOPPER TO WASH OUT      QUIT NOW.Please speak wwith a knowledgable mechanic who can  tell you when it is safe/safe to get in to the hopper.

So these steps are primarily for the RM drivers to scrape their chute? Yes its a good idea, to keep them off the grate..

I told you I was going to make a step for the older Putz. It bolts right on. Using same holes. It's made out of steel. If it cracks they can now fix it! Not like the aluminum ones. It also comes with a hammer holder. Here are a few Computer drawings.

I don't agree Gboom. NOT having this step is an accident waiting to happen. Only reason Putz removed this step is to clear their own back when things go wrong..
