air pressure to stack valves

Putz 32 1993 (American made ) what air pressure should be send to stack valves? 120 psi or should it be reduced? All my valves seem to leak when pressure is above say 75-80psi. when you shut the truck down you can hear the bleed down untill pressure gets to maybe 75psi. then it will hold that over nite.. And should this be pressurized when Pump isnt engaged?
