Marty,

I have operated the Alliance/JunJin machines. As far as I am concerned they are as good as any out there. They are operator friendly and do not have all the (useless) nonsense that some brands have. They are a good buy.

As a pumper you get paid for: 1. The length of the boom 2. The yards you pump

Why would you want to pay for a bunch of gadgets that won't add to your income?

They are cost effective and work very well.

Sir,what are these "gadgets" you are talking about that do not add to ones income?

In my opinion the one touch option is more than just a gadget. It is a great way to teach a man with little experience on a boom pump. He can pay more attention to his pump and what it is doing instead of being so worried about what joystick controls what section. I run a Putz 31 with the one touch option. At first it was great because that was a little different running five sections instead of four. Now that I have been running the pump for a while the one touch has not even been plugged in for months. I think it is a great way to get a man started on a boom pump without throwing to much at him at once. He can slowly learn how to run it manually. Which to me makes a safer operator

getting back to your question is yes there is a new one in town and he is very happy with it but anything is better than the 2001 he was running that was one of the reasons that company shut down.

ju jin is bang for the buck for the same equipment.

I must agree with waterbox, we have a 2003 and a 2007 39, exceptional pumps and still worth a small fortune because of the extra care we give them.  Further we sold about 7 of them last year and haven't heard a complaint from a customer yet.

Marty,

You can't go wrong with the Alliance. The company is solid and so is the machine. A very good friend of mine bought one of the first 40m machines; it was a WOC Florida pump. It runs every day in Texas. The only problem he has had is the accumulator pump..... which was in stock, so he was up and running the next day. If you care to call me I will give you his phone number and you can talk with him about Alliance.

There is a reason that resale is what it is.  Not trying to cut on anybody, but Hyundai and Honda are basically the same cars however see what happens when you trade them in.  Schwing pumps are the most expensive simply because the are the most reliable and hardiest pumps on the market.  Everything else is either a copy or an also mentioned.

bigstick, when you wrote

schwing were the most expensive because they where controling completely (or almost) the entire market!!  but now their time seem well finish!! schwing have even lowering their price on new unit because of the lack of the sale since 3 to 5 years!! samething for putz.... they are 3 guy here who have bought new pump here in montreal surronding!! 2 of them are concord and one alliance!! this phenomena are continuing day after day!! however in my opinion its true that schwing have a better resale value...but if i have for exemple one clean alliance for sale and  one schwing, everybody know that today everything is money!! so do you beleave that i"m gonna sale first the alliance because of the price? why? just because i have paid $$ 100.00 less and gonna be able to sale $$ 100.00 less....   think about it!!  i don"t ditch anybody or any pump manufacturer!!  just said my opinion...
