This machine is used for delivering mixed concrete from concrete batching plant to construction site. It mainly consists of truck chassis, mixer drum, transmission system, water supply system, power take-off, front and back brackets for drum, reducer, hydraulic transmission system, feeding and discharging system system, etc. The drum keeps rotating when transportation to ensure that the carried concrete would not solidify. When feeding and transportation, the mixer drum rotates clockwise, concrete moves inward along the blade; when unloading, the mixer drum rotates in reverse, concrete moves outward along the blade. After transporting concrete, the drum needs to be washed out by water to avoid concrete solidify and reduce the drum effective volume. The most popular models are 8m3 and 10m3 volume mixer truck.
