Not buying that story Todd if he had already pumped our a truck where is the concrete that would have Spilled out of the hopper. And why was the boom so close to the danger zone that he could not correct It if his elbow hit the stick and why was the boom not over the wall if he waiting on a truck. |

This looks to me to be a classic case of oops, I didn't remember I didn't put those outriggers out all the way. Not paying attention and slewed the wrong way. Now the question is, was the operator negligent by imrporely setting up his pump? If someone got hurt, would he be found criminally negligent? Things to consider because everyone is out to sue to get some money. We are professionals, doing a job that is dangerous but we make it look so easy, well...at least on most days. |
