I'm wondering. If they find operators quickly, why do the ads stay posted for months?

Also, how can an operator looking for a job place an ad? Is that still free? Maybe there needs to be a "Looking for work" forum. 

If you are looking for work you just need to call any pump company and ask if they are hiring, guess what i bet they are. 

Some companies pay for two months right off the bad because they need to hire many operators.
