I have came across many operators also that have not known about this site but I also know alot of operators that look on the site but have never joined....why I dont know.

Perhaps sending letters to companies asking if they would post on bulitin boards about our site.Some kind of informitive flyer with website info.

Just a thought before getting back to work,gotta love settin them forms.
