I agree with Adam. It is a case of the businesses not wanting to pay for hard labor. That and the affluent wanting everything cheap when it comes to houses. Even with illegal labor homes are priced out of the average workingmans range. I remember when being a concrete finisher you could make a good living. Now it is forget it. The same goes for all the trades. This is because many of the illegals also set up their own companies and, under cut, the american owned people. Those that believe they come here for jobs nobodyelse wants I will say BS. What is next is pumping companies saying they cant find any operators and, start importing operators. Doing this just to drop pay rates. And if you dont think it is coming, you had better wake up.

I am all for the amigos! I think the way to settle the tax problem is to do away with federal and state income taxes and make a 20% sales tak that way it is fair to both rich and poor. Dont want to pay taxes dont buy anything. everyone has to buy stuff to live and the richer your are the more expensive things you buy the more taxes you pay. A flat tax is a nice idea that will never see the light of day. That is what happens when you have a minorty party that all they care about is what will get them back in power.
