ah nuts. so close yet so far. yah, putting some pins around the bottom seems like a good idea right about now. wonder what the engineers are going to say? |

All I can say is OUCH, and watch your back side. 5 bucks says "you were pumping to hard and fast". Heard that one a few times in my day. At least you get to come back a make the money to pump it again |

Around here I see it all tje time concrete finshers can't build forms,a form like that will raise up, looks like they had places to brace and failed to do it right.
I bed the first thing they said was its the pump operators fault. |

Pfff.. 100mm slump?? You guys must have a different system then us. I never even pumped a 100mm slump. This looks more like a 180/200mm.. Anyway.. Its the customer that takes the call of how fast you poor right? If the trucks keep comming and they want to empty them all straight away its not your responsibility is it?? |

I've done a couple of thing like that, they usually want 6 to 8 inch lifts with 90 minutes in between lifts. By the time your to the top, the bottom is rock hard. At least you got work for next week!! |

Maybe the last 2 loads were wetter for the topping but the other 100m3 was stiff 100 slump ish , and they managed to save it. |

Looks like the mud mat that they had the forms anchored to shalled off and the bottom anchors gave out. I dont really think that it wasnt formed right just didnt hold up like the other hundred that im sure they have done but I do agree with it not being a 100mm slump and it doesnt even look like it was stiffening up much it emptied that whole side which is really weird cause u would think that it would be rock hard by the time u are topping it up. Jusy curious is that a windmill base. |
