my main customer does the $10- to $12- stamped and colored patios. they do not like any messes to clean up so i should hang out do clean up. well this special day i was picking up my hoses and this dumb kid put the water hose back in my hopper and it was too high to travel so i pumped out 35 foot away on some gravel next to the fence. iam waiting for the customer to come back from his lolly gag mission because he was to make a payment on the month and a half account he is running up, well i was asked about the water and i said ask your brother what happened and i got the truck driver did it, so no responsibily taken i claim it was not me. i was told that if i did not kiss their ass they would not work me so i promply called the two other pump operators to tell them that he was coming and if they wanted my customer i would like to have one of theirs. my customer is thinking that if i allow the compition to service him that it would warrent paying me to save his steller reputation. they have had pumps before and know that was not where the money was made or lost. my service is profitable to them and they want to abuse me - stupid
