Let me guess that was a eather Korea or China knock off part. I saw some of them in the late 90's.They made the first elbows off the putz. They would look like that reducer.

Yeah beast u would think it is a cast iron piece but its actually steel but a very poor quality chinese steel. I operate a concord and in no way am I trying to bash them because it is a great machine to work on but there are some pieces that break like where u put ur wedge in to tight ur transiton door to ur hub it broke on me one time my mechanic thought I was hulk cuz its a pretty serious piece of metal and it looked exactly like the material in the pictures above but when I got it welded the welder said right away that it was chinese metal. Shit the other day I open the bottom hopper door the damn thing fell right off I was like jesus good thing the important parts like the boom and riggers arent made the same as the little things but u can get some shitty ass parts now a days and the pictures above are prove that pipe looks pretty new judging by the thickness of it
