Who has the largest pumpkit?? Is it the 20cell?? I noticed that the 65M puts out 300yards an hour is this true? That has to be the most yds an hour of any pump

thats probably not the truth,  i dont think that much concrete is going through that much pipe without bringing all that steel to the ground, seeing is believing.

The Concord is fast as a cat. I know that a driver (mixer) has to pay close attention when pouring that fast. If the operator shuts the pump off you can count on a big ass pile of mud on the ground in back of the hopper.

A 20 cell Putz is fast, but I do believe that the Concord is faster

Schwing has the 2525H-6  with their 61m.The same kit is in my 52m,I would like to know who makes the biggest pumpkit and most realistic hourly rate of placement. My pump has put out 203cy an hour with everything wright. 2 plants, 7in slump, 67stone mix,26mixers,and two backers/spotters and at the time one of the best finishing crews in the country.I had no boom bounce and no hose man. Im sure there is kits that can pump faster as can mine ,but  on a bigger boom ?fill me in.

Hey John Thomas, the 20cell putz is rated at 260yrds an hr, 2525-6 e rock is rated at 211 yds an hr and the big concord pump kits are rated at 300.  They have two available pump kits, the 175 and the 200.  I have poured side by side with a 55m putz, 20 cell, and he couldn't keep up, lol.  I have run all of them, and the Concord by far puts out the most volume.

That would be very impressive to see. 5cubic yards a minute. Has anyone ever done it? 300yards in one hour?

Can you get the same pump kit that the 65 has on a 36 concord??

One thing i have noticed is that the pumps kits keep getting bigger. Now if only the Redi-mix plants and the finishers could keep up. Im sure there are companys that you can't pump fast enough for but around here it seems that i'm always waiting on the finishers to catch up. Which is fine but when they are waiting on me to move or something they arent as understanding.

Buddah, you must be very good at what you do. From what i can see atleast, you are running a truck that there are only 2 of. Your company must have a lot of faith in you. Where are you located? I went to a Ft. Worth branch of your company and the manager said he sent out 2 people on trucks 47M and larger, is this a common practice in your company?

My goodness,I somehow couldn't imagine a hose man tackling that task.Well maybe with combat pay.I did hear so long ago, perhaps Bruce Montgomery (Rotec at the time)that they had conveyers doing that.I would have to say many of us have abtained they 200 an hour range,I have and it was pins and needles. When I think of 300 an hour the term killing zone comes to mind at both ends of the pump.

Hey John, we have extra men on the 65's with us.  I've never hit 300 an hour personaly, but have hit 280 before, with 7in slump and about 30 readymix trucks with two guys backing them in, and no hose man.  The hose man can't handle it at that rate.  There is no boom bounce or anything, but the volume coming out of the hose is to much, he can't move it.  That is rare anyways, the readymix plants and everything has to be right, pre-mixing trucks before backing to hopper, etc, etc.  Everyone has to be on the ball to get that kind of volume.

I agree it is hard for mixers, I just warn them and have the remote signal or horn honk ounce to stop as the rpm is to slow to down on the 50 Concord and 43s. But we fly wide open alot, core footings. Small pump cells with 5 inch whips the hose men stay away, as the hose snaps . I would imagine the large cells would make the older cell seem like a grout pump.
