The front of your truck is some clean, isnt there any bugs in California?Footings have lots of steel, seems they would use some plasticizer to help place that mix.........

Bob,

Glad I could help ...:-)

Bis-57,

Bugs .. on my pump .........Yuck..

Yeah , that mix is tough to get through the steel allright. It was engineered that way and they wont change it. It was the thing everyone was talking about the first time I pumped there. Needs a Super-P or at least a mid range like you said. They will have to change it up when we go to the lightweight or we will have some real issues. I guess they are working on new mix designs now.

Hey OE-3,

Now I know you call concrete "mud" because thats what it looks like. Where I'm from the concrete looks like colored 1" rocks. I've even had mixes so stoney the agitator would stop. Not to mention trying to put it through a 5-4 inch reducer. I'm curious about the mix designs you put through your pump. Mainly the size of the aggregate and PSI strength.

I try to keep my list short. Never heard of barrier crete. Steel fiber jobs are fun. Almost put one through my hand cleaning out my sponge.
