Does anyone out there have a truck that has black painted deck and boom pipe. If so, have you ever had any problems with it getting too hot? Any insights would be appreciated. |

I painted my pipe dark blue for a couple of years to touch it was hotter than white, now its back white I think thats the best silver would work better for staying cool. |

I never had any problems when I worked at Berkeley but then again wirking in the Bay Area temps are pretty cool. I also worked out of the Sacramento office to where it gets dam warm and didn't have any problems. Although I did always recirculate if I felt I was sitting for too long |
