boom failed at las vegas airport

This morning a boom snapped in half at the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. I was told it was on the second section. No one was injured. They had primed out and were flat out. A few strokes into the pour the boom came down.

I heard it was a Bully concrete pumping pump.  Glad no one was hurt

 Was it the boom section itself or the pins?
