I've got an 06 38z putz i changed 3 stack valves for the boom (the small ones with the handle not the big ones), since then ive had a problem with my 2nd section coming in it will go out fine but it wont go in unless i switch to rabbit and go out first then come in then it will work. I swapped the electrical connections on the back of the big valves from 2 & 3 to see if the problem was electric or hydralic and they both started acting funny so i swapped them back to normal and now i have the same problem with 2 & 3 wont go in uless switch to rabbit and go out first then come in also they wont go in if its in manual the handle will go in but the boom does nothing, also when i use the remote all the handles move the way they should. I know it sounds crazy but thats whats goin on ive tried everything i could think off but im just lost now any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Humm what you describe sounds suspiciously like a ground issue.

Have you tried the hard wire and Manual operation?

This might be easier to talk with you about.

Have you tried PMA CSG 800 890 0269 ?

Hardware works but that's black and white so it's all or nothing my issue is on the turtle setting tried the handles manually and same problem that's why I'm really scratching my head with this I've spoken to my guy at cole and lambert he said it may be a voltage issues too but he's not sure it's real strange I'd think if it was electrical then operating it manually from the handles would work but it doesn't, strange huh

If you manually open and close the valve and it does the same thing it's not electrical

You could try taking the whole block off, disassemble, slide the plunger out and clean everything, put all new Orings in and see if that works... If not replace that whole stack valve, not just the coil and that front piece that the handle screws in.. Also what's your boom pressure look like?

im having these same issues right now with a concord just waiting for the stack valves to come in, they just sent me the wrong ones Friday :/

When you went to manual and the section didn't move.Did you have the outrigger, boom valve engaged at the same time ?

Boom pressure is right where it should be I'm gonna try and take off the coil from the back Monday and see if the plungers slide freely, yes I did work the boom-outrigger control of course
