HI

sorry to hear that. I have been there, the first operater I had got blocked on the prime. did not try to find where the blocking was, just tried some how to pump it hoping he gets it to work with out having to take an elbo off.

anyway the contractor is a boddy of mine ran the operator off the job site so he stop forcing the pump. and later called me (the contractor). anyhow the whole system is full of mud. the operator goes to fule up 1hr drive from job site then goes to eat breakfast at a resturant after all that then he calles me that he need help cleaning the pipes.

then I personally and one guy help got to my shop before him. he got to the shop we took off the stages 3 and 4 to be cleand and pumped the stages 1 and 2. then it was put together and ready for the same job the next day deffirent O.P

Hope ya wore ear plugs pudg, I beat on pipe on an all niter and could'nt hear my jake-break the next day! The sound of clear boom-pipe is sweet but LOUD... WHAT ? YOU SAY YOUR HAVE'N A PARTY?

Let your pressure washer be your best tool on a boom party. No not to wash it, but to push it. Set up your blow out cap with a fitting that fits your pressure washer hose. 2000 psi is better and safer than 150 psi of unstabil air. No body gets wounded here. No explosions, no one running for cover. I get invited to all boom party's. Must have stupid stamped on my forhead or something! Be careful, it will push out the dualwall insert if you let it sit too long. Time is the enemy here.
