32 meter, 2005 or newer. Whatever brand you can get local service on. Do you have any experience? |

Get a 39 schwing, you'll never look back. |

39 meter schwing. It will give you the reach and you will still be able to set up like a smaller rig to do the 28 meter jobs. |

Boom size? The 36m - 39m would be a ideal size,schwing/putz are great units.Make sure it has a current boom insp and good overal condition. With 2 line pumps working I would question the notion of a boom pump.Talk to some local real estate people to get there take on the building there, this could be a short spurt that happens.Talk to your ins agent to see how that addition will affect your bottom line.See your therapist to see if your of sound mind, just kidding.I know the temptation is there, but caution may prove itself. Best of luck |

Putz, Schwing 36m Get someone to check it out for you. Make sure it wasn't a work horse for a large pump co.Watch out for fresh paint. Look for a pump with the original paint on it.Like a 2005 2006 Then look and see what bolts have wrench marks on them, like hyd pumps, and normal maintanance parts. The truck check the wear on the brake petal, and see if it matches the truck miles.Get a oil test done on the engine oil and the hyd fluid. There is a lot more ,but it is a good time to find a good deal.Don't jump on the first one, take your time. |

start with the most important aspect: $$$$$$- what will it cost and what can you afford- dont think that u have got to have the all shiny , whistles and bells -that comes later. then take a look at what work you are going to do with it- ask your customers what they use and how much they pay now look at your competition- are they busy? if they are selling then why? perhaps they havent the work Then start to look at the hardware, go for mainstream, theres a nice list to your right, with a dealer nearby, try before you buy. start at a 24/28m |

Swings bread and butter 39m. Its one of the best most versatile pumps out there. They are probaly floding the market right now. If you dont have much experience in booms then start small with a 32m swing or putz. Both are good choices that will definetly add to your arsenal. |

Could not agree more with the Schwing 39. Great pump kit and all around workhorse. If properly taken care of, it will give you ten or more years of great service. Great machine. |

I wouldn't go any bigger than a 32 meter schwing. All the boom you need and easy to get around in. Also easy to resell. Anytime.. |
