CPC2??????????????? If so, what's the problem ya got? I wouldn't recommend anyone not familier with the computer to try to adjust but if so, put the "teach key" in and find on the board what section, in or out, your wanting to adjust, just adjust the min pvm and max pvm. Don't adjust nothing else. Do one at a time and when you get it the way you want, press the "store" button for just a second and move on to the next one. Be sure to store it or it will go back to where it was. Now, if you press and hold the "store" button for 3 seconds, it will go back to factory settings. If you wanting to adjust the "dead stick" on your joysticks, you adjust the "threshold" but try the others first. Always adjust on rabbit mode. In saying this, you don't want to MAX your handvalves out!!! This is detrimental to your coils (which may be your problem anyway). The coils that is. I guess the question is, what's it doing? |

Bisley,
your electronic settings may be ok, what may be the problem is your pre-tension pressure for your boom handvalve is too low. This pressure supplies the handvalve with oil, that it uses to move the spools, and With older units, the springs within the hyd. System get weak Pressure should be 18-21 bar, you dont want less than 18 bars, its really easy to adjust, if i remember right, tthere is a section in the service manual, that shows how to adjust it, if not call Schwing for this documentation |

A good indication for this problem is, if all boom settings are out of whack, and not jsut one |

Service1 . If half the pumpers out there called the factory with a problem in the first place there would be no posts. |
