rotate cutting ring, turn it up when the boom is coming down, curl the tip section under, pick up all the tires off the ground, floating out riggers, maybe the mud. thats all i can think of

If I was you I would not rotate your cutting ring. A cutting ring and wear plate create grooves together through time. If you rotate it, you will get them out of there grooves and you will be asking for problems. Thats just from my experience. If your going to go through the trouble of rotating the cutting ring, just rebuild everything.

I had a similar problem running the 60m Concord a week ago. Smooth pour half way through, then boom was testing me a bit bouncing. Was fun operating in sync of the bounce but it was due to a dry load.

Check your gaskets. If one leaks the boom will drain faster and you get bounce.

ncpumper you are suppose to rotate the cutting ring every 5000 yards to ge even wear. but ya i see your point if you never done it you would be asking for problems.

rotate your cutting ring when needed, there is probably one simple answer mix design has 9 times out of 10 been my culprit with boom bounce, also had issues with a boom filter base one time but its gonna be a process of elimination but your right it is aggravating.

Try adjusting your s-tube speed.  Should be a quarter turn valve behind the hopper.  It usually solves my bounce problems.

Have you tried the dampening valve? I open them sometimes when it's stretched out and hittin hard.

Your accumulator pressure is too low.
