It's really not that big a deal when the fleet is under utilized and operating at a loss, despite not having to make pump payments. Like you said, it's no surprise, everything has to go though the bankruptcy court,

repossession------the action of regaining possession (especially the seizure of collateral securing a loan that is in default)

chapter 11,reorginazation,restructuring this happens. The whole idea is to make a company stronger and more profitable. So,they will be returning more units as time goes by,this should be no big suprise. They have the resources to move idle or under utilized equipment back into areas. The focus should be on our countries failing economy and what they are doing about it.

What a contradictory statement. Think about what a bankruptcy involves. even Chapter 11. Who gets stuck with those bills? What's the long range effect of flooding the used market with almost new pumps at prices any schmoe can afford? That's gonna equal more competition at throat slashing prices. Everybody filing bankruptcy has failed other people in a big way. It's like a house of cards. I've never seen just one card fall.

think the lenders understand scrap value. the market for buyer appears to be overseas so thats their best option to unload assets as to not disturb the our local market.

Whether those pumps hit the market now or if BB is in your area working for nothing something has to happen. Used iron prices have been in the crapper for a while now.I say sell'em off and get it over with. Better in the long run for everyone else to get rid of them. The same amount of concrete has to to pumped whether it's BB or somebody else. Thus their operators should be working .

We will see how big BB is at the end of the year.  With RW running things BB will not get anywhere.

Tank we'll see time will tell RW has ran over many good people to get where he is at. And he won't give his position up easily. BB hired the big Tinkle back. So that's a plus.

It is no wonder they quoted a job yesterday for a 40 meter at 105 pr hr no minimum 2.50 pr yd travel one way. That is what you call Bondage and Bones
