I know here in Eastern Ontario things are really spotty. Some residential going on, but only to finish off subdivisions. The last 3 years seen a lot of spec homes built waiting for people to buy, now there are 20 brand new homes in my region that are complete and just waiting for someone to move in. Even commercial has dropped off as far as new construction. Most plants are taking this slow time to re-tool their facilities and that generates a little but nothing like it was. I think it is going to be about a year before things start to turn around, and even then I don't think builders are going go as deep, if they can even last out this one. |

No problem Munir. We actually just lost a rather large job today. It seems one of our competitors decided to low ball us and steal away a rather large job for a new bridge. We are 15 mins away and they are 2 hours away but they can do it cheaper, good luck with that I say. Oh well I guess I will have to stick with my houses and highway work. |
