A Good Argument for Standardized TrainingThis is what I pulled from the document and what drives the application or initiative. Interesting enough there seems to be no one their panel who will create this new guideline with any concrete pumping or industry experience whatsoever. 1.1 Background In the past 4 years, 19 incidents involving truck-mounted concrete pumps were investigated in British Columbia alone. ALSO:B.C has an area larger than California, just over 4 million people, and some estimate over 250 pumps. Most all on the population is within a 120 miles of the US/Canada border and the ocean two hours drive north of Seattle. I have had some experience with these types of things and here is what I know. It is better to be one of the guys making the rules than one of the guys who have to follow them. What matters is that you get involved in the system because if you don
