hey guys I got a problem I have fought this is for months I have a 1996 Schwing 32m when I prime out it goes fine and when I finish the job there is where the problem starts I try to pull my ball back and it gets stuck and then I have to put water in the tip hose and blow it out. I see no water coming out of the pipes so I think I dont have a leak. call me 404 227 5847 |

Well it sounds like concrete build up in your pipe somewhere and a small air leak will go unnoticed |

you might have build up in one of your bends or on the deck,or if you have twin wall pipes you might have inner layer worn that will catch the ball as it gets there |

The normal problems are 1) mud to dry 2) leaky gaskets (swivel). You say can't see, maybe in turret. 3) Concrete buildup in elbows, usually a result pulling a softball and to fast. It seems as if your in a sticky and have to investigate one section at a time.Since it's springtime (somewhere) now would be an excellent time to really look at your turret, hate to lose a stand pipe or elbow there YUK. Good luck and let us know |

First place I would look is the swivel gasket inside the turret. Second place is the "O" ring on the swingout 90. Third is the swivel tip 90. |

Mr. Razor Check your pillar pipe may be there is air leaking because when you pump the water you see all out looking pipes its sure you see in site of swing. |

before you pump your hopper down wet up the mud in the hopper (not too wet) and circulate until it is at a decent slump and the pump your hopper down and when it blows put it in reverse right away. then try sticking your ball in. If this does not solve your problem then it very well could be what the others suggested. |

maybe your not blowing enough mud out of the hopper. when pumping the hopper dry do it til you get a little air out the end of the boom. then put a plastic bag around your ball then put the boom straight in the air and let gravity help you |
