We call her the caravan, I think it has something to do with the extraordinarily high sides on it, or it could be the fact that she has a top speed of 85kph (52mph) which is what most grey nomad’s sit at in the right hand lane in a 100kph zone or that it is because she has a bunk bed in the cab!!

Nice photo's, but all that just to pump into a wheel barrow? Learn some mix designs I pump 3/4" mud through 2.5" system.

b-alto , its not about learing mix designs here its about doing what you are told! 9 times out of 10 you dont have the option to choose a mix thats right for the pump . We adjust to the job here the job doesnt adjust to us, its just the way it is!

Totaly agree drew. Some of my customers also rather want to just take it with a wheelbarrow. They think it's easyer when pooring such tiny amounts. Then who are we to argue with that!!!   ;-)

Thanks Dipstick glad someone got a laugh out of it;-)

b-alto Thanks, the job was actually the little ground slab you can see the edge of in pics 1 & 2 I think it was about 15-20m3 which is what I set up to do, it was after I had set up the contractor told us about the cut outs you can see being barrowed, I did offer to run some line out, but the concreters were the ones that said they did not mind barrowing it, and I am not one the argue. Yes I do know you can sometimes pump 20mm(3/4”) stone through 2.5” system, although if I know I will be pumping 20mm(3/4”) I would be more inclined to run 3’’ or 3 ½ system.

chongliyan Thank you mate, and that is a nice one to. It is a 24m Z fold.
