I think your concept, training entry level people to correctly set up and operate pumps is a good one. What I was refering to was the people that have been in the bizz for some time and have never had any formal training. These are the people that are booming into the power lines and all of the other madness that keeps us from being the professionals that our customers expect and deserve. |
