does anyone have a daily checklist availible for concrete pump line and boom, which the operater fills in each day ie checking engine oils/hydraulic oils/ pipe condition/ waterbox etc 

You just explained it. Write your own, make copies, put em in the machine and use them every day. As you think of something else, add it to the list. Just make sure you check them everyday and do something about the problems, or it was all for not.
