Mr. Rolla has resigned in order to pursue a non concrete industry related business opportunity in his native country of Italy.   He wishes to thank all industry fellows that he has met and had the pleasure to do business with.  The daily operations of the group will be maintained and managed without business interruption by the existing management.

I am very sad to ss you go Matteo, please stay in touch, we have been friends for many years and you have always been a gentalman. Your a very classy guy and I hope your new venture works out very well. This industry will miss you. I know your leaving it in good hands with Robert Miller. You guys were like twins, always together.
