I hear that Saskatchewan, and in particular, the Premier's hometown is doing very well.  The oil industry hasn't been in the doldrum's for a long enough period to cause someone to lose their home.  Not much longer than 6 months now, and the drilling programs take a couple months to wind down....the effect is just taking hold right now.
