Concord has reached a milestone as we proudly celebrate our tenth year of production. With an eye on the future we take time to reflect on just how far we have come and to acknowledge the people who have helped us reach all our goals.

We would like to offer a special thank you to all our past and present customers for all your support and friendship over the past ten years. You are very important to us and we appreciate your choice in selecting a Concord concrete pump. Through your feed back and working knowledge you have been a key part of our team. Thank you for helping us improve upon our pumps and offer the best product possible. Before Concord, I was the owner of a larger concrete pumping company myself. Originally searching for alternative solutions to help my own pumping needs, I began importing pump components and parts for my own pumps. Soon these pumps began proving themselves as more than just a solid alternative, but an easy to operate and maintain workhorse that exceeded expectations. More and more people started to notice and began to inquire about our new pumps. Mostly, how they could go about purchasing one for themselves. As demand and interest grew stronger it became clear that I was not alone in my desire to find quality pump trucks at affordable prices. With this constant encouragement I decided to form Concord Concrete Pumps Inc. and introduced my new pumps and a new level of affordability into the market place. Concord revolutionized the North American industry by introducing quality pumps trucks at affordable prices. Companies could now buy a brand new pump for about the same price they had previously been forced to spend on used pumps. We are dedicated to using only the best quality parts and components available and go the extra step as one of the only companies in the industry to completely handle the manufacturing process of our pumps. This gives us the control over the product quality, and performance that we ourselves and our clientele demand. Every Concord pump is designed to perform with same spirit of hard work and determination that the company itself was founded on.

Sincerely,

Isidro Flores

President Concord Concrete Pumps

So if you whack out the price of the truck and the paint job......... that means that the pump et al costs $200,000.  (36meter)

WOW!

Hi Flores, In the past 30 months we have bought seven pumps from Concord, two used 36 meter schwing, one 32 meter schwing, 42 meter schwing, 40 meter used Concord, & two brand new 38 Z & 40 meter roll & fold Concords. My operators like the Concords because the pumps being user friendly, easy to set up. I like the pumps because for the price of a good used pump you could by a brand new Concord. Also, I like dealing with Chico in parts (he knows his stuff especially when it comes to trouble shooting), and lasting I enjoy dealing with Mario he is a great guy & salesperson. All my future pumps orders will be with Concord Concrete Pumps.

All the best to you & your staff.

Regards,

Peter @ Gta Concrete Pumping

I must be missing something here.A quality piece of equipment going for what?.I need to look up value in the dictionary.

I just can't think buying a machine based on resale value is a sound choice, but that's just me.True times are changing and the economy slow but one day things will change, who will have all the marbles then.

Chris, have only heard good things about Concord.Wishing you luck,if I was only 10 years younger.

My Best

If you plan on trading your equipment every 3-5 years then you need to take in condsideration resale value other wise you lose equity.

The banks also consider resale value.

Say that you are a concrete pumper and are slow due to market conditions. You trim the fat within your company; do away with all the fluff and frills. As you look to next month, and the month after that you do not see how you are going to be able to take care of your company, your employees or your family unless you get more money headed your way. You have payables for the material that you purchased to keep you going and those folks want their money. You lower your prices for new work that might not have otherwise been yours; you roll the dice.

How does your old reliable existing customer feel?

I know he just won't go away.

I see alot of late 80's pumps still running the roads today.Did I mention making money?.Trading a pump in every 3-5?,bet the bankers party then.If equipment resale is that big of an issue, why not lease and get it all?.

True story

When I had my trucks I followed one of those big fancey rigs into a truck stop in Indiana.I couldn't help but admire the beauty,so in for coffee we went.In the conversation I asked him how he could afford the truck. His response was his "bookeeper said he was making to much money and needed to write off".When we parted I could only say if my bookeeper ever tells me that "I'm gonna park that puppy for a month and throw a block party like this town has ever seen"

Yeah Bob,maybe 20 years

Speedy,

What is it with your attraction to the 'Versi-placer'?

You are a pretty deep thinker. I have taxed my limited brain capacity and can not see the deal.

So... fess-up, please. What do you see?

Speedy,

Thanks for the info. Making a machine pay in a small town (I had no idea it was that small) is tough. Those things have baskets like sign trucks, right? Now I understand the economics of it.

Sorry Concord, About kidnapping your thread.

Is there any Concords running in Colorado?.In following that other thread it got me wondering if these pumps are offered in detach or seperate placing booms availale. It would certainately make a more versatile machine.
