Looks like the driver of the car is mad at the Concrete Pump driver so he drives around the Concrete Pump and Brake Checks him.

The pump was driving too fast............The prick in the car was typical of the rude,inconsiderate,aggressive drivers that fill our roads today...........and that steering wheel holder in that pump truck should not be driving that 100,000 lb machine like he was

Good lord! Does he have any idea how heavy that pump is? He could have destroyed both his car and himself with that stupid move!
