can't see the vid because of computer problems, but my pump (97 schwing 32xl) has a factory installed 2 inch ratchet strap that is recommended to be used during transit every time. There are stickers on the boom indicating when and how to secure it. It is located on the rear boom support just behind the hopper. |

doesnt look like it was in the rack to me or either the rack broke. |
