Its one of them new eco-pumps that use minimal water to wash out , its clever, it even washes the sidewalk BEFORE you do any pumpin lol lol 

That is one antique pump there,Im surprised they could put the clamp on as the hopper had so much concrete build up on it that you could barely tell what it was . And I dont think the operators were OSHA compliant with those work out fits on . lol
