concrete resistant caotings

Hey guys, I am almost finished repairing my Schwing BPA 500 line pump. I am looking for a coating to put inside my rock valve to stop concrete from sticking in there. When I pump slow using a 2" line it builds up and nearly clogs the whole valve. I heard something about a silvering coating but doesn't make sense to me. So I am looking for some type of resistant coating for the rock valve as well as the hopper and maybe even the whole pump. I thought for sure I would find an old post here but haven't. Maybe I am trying to fix something that doesn't need fixing.

Your rock valve cylinders are Chomed nothering else goes on it, but this will help you, get rid of all of your 2 inch hose nothing smaller than 2 1/2 inch and alot of your problems will be gone, grout will stick when you pump slow, my manifold on my Olin builds up plus the corners in my hoppers,I run a vibrator on the outside wall of the hopper plus one on the grate.

Power washer with a turbo nozzle and turn up the pressure.  Dont think any coating will last.

No such stuff, if there were something, the mixer drum manufacturing industry would have it.

Although more familiar with schwing, there is most always some buildup in rock.Keep in mind there is no magic pill yet for basic operator functions.Untill that time, oil, scraper, hotsy is ones best friend.

In my past 30 or so,can you imagine all the tricks i'v tried? It all falls back to basic elbow grease, sorry.

I believe the use of 2" line making it stick. In the hot summer here I have to break down and clean every 6 yds when pumping slow. Yep, I'm mixing diesel and hydraulic in a bug sprayer today. My Schwing 500 finally up and running!!! Now to get the word out to all my customers.
