I am a local vol. fireman and I have seen redi mix trucks dump into portable tanks before, they can dump a load of water almost instantly

are you sure that is a concrete pump? i believe schwing still makes fire equipment. could be wrong though. just like Putz makes a plane washer

I saw a 31m Schwing that was set up to put out fires? Man it sure would be easy to pump just water! The nozzle attached to the tip of that pump looks like an Exxon Valdez beach washer.

Good thing when your out of tanker trucks and the local rm plant volunteers as many truck as needed. Especially if it were your property.

I believe that's a pump as the boom pipe is attached and correct me if I'm wrong the fire trucks had a different set up.

Le France a USA fire engine manufacturer built booms for

Allentown Pumpit in the early 70's for their concrete pumps. There was a recession in 1973/75, so they Le France would take on any contract. When business picked up, they forgot Allentown. So what you have is back to the future stuff. When you consider a 170M3 pump cell with new tight wear parts ....... nothing like it, provided you can keep the water up to it.
