someone forgot to tell the crane driver that they already filled the pool so the water could warm up..

looks like he shouldve read his load chart and checked his radius with that much stick out.poor guy gotta feel for him.

We just had a safety meeting onbeing complacent. I hope everyone is ok and operator learns from his mistakes. 

100% operator fault. Wrong computer setup for lifting whit out counter weight.

Seems to me he should have picked over the front. Counter weight load is the same but triangulated outrigger spread would have been more stable. Am I wrong?

I think so mudslinger , most cranes like that strongly discourage picking up over the front , I'm with the one who said counterweight or to small of a crane to me he looked like he boomed to far down with these computers these days we forget we still need to double check our loadcharts.
