Beginning December 16, 2011 Irving Equipment LLC will be the parts and service provider for all CIFA concrete equipment in North America.

Under an agreement reached earlier this month with CIFA SPA (Italy), CIFA USA will no longer have a parts and service facility in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. All related services (parts, service and new pump sales) will be handled out of Tiffin, Ohio through Irving Equipment.

You will not see any interruption in services.

CIFA’s toll free number (877-243-2345) will now be answered by Irving Equipment in Tiffin, Ohio, and all website inquiries will be referred to us as well. I look forward to serving your needs.

Hello, Thanks for the compliment. As you can see by our advertisement in the current edition of the ACPA magazine, “Yes” we are still 100% committed to Concord and all of their products. We will continue working with both lines. Irving Equipment has also increased its workforce to accommodate for this addition. Our crane division much like others; is softer than we would like but no complaints from that segment either.

It's great to see a manufacturer appoint a "non pumper" dealer. It maybe the start of a new movement to go the same way as the Caterpillar policy ... a dealer shall never be an end user.

Are there enough different "features and benefits" between the three lines? Or will it be based on Country of Origin or Price dominated. Interesting concept ... following at automotive industry with multi brand franchises.
