At this point I'm hoping on a blown head gasket and no damaged parts.. just got  olin 540 put 25 hours on a supposed 1500 hour machine and at idle it shut off, when I got it restarted oil Shooting out exhaust .. No concrte lost luckily 

Wonder if that's what happens when you put gasoline in the tank

Those are very good engines while you got it down put in a new timing belt, Are you the guy that was talking about washing out with water the way I alway done it put a wet wad of newpaper in the hose ahead of the water ,fill you hopper full keep it running at the speed for pumping, you will need to increase the flow,if you don't it want push water never change the height of you bolts that hold the ball, and one more thing set your surge chamber at no more 50 psi

At big- i usually push sponge through- what u mean don't change height of balls- ?? It blew up bf I got to attempt to raise Top balls slightly - my stop bolts have 1/2 thread to raise up....   To motor is non turbo- I dropped a valve and that this point a remanufactor may bto way to go.. Any ideas I need a f4l 1011f

Make sure your air cleaner is clean a dirty filter will cause your engine to blow oil out the exhaust
