there are a few residential/comercial contractors i know that likes to order pumps but just dont want to pay full price. it always seems like there was something wrong with service or something when being asked to get a discount. but i feel that the pump and pump operators are the most important factors on a pour. i just feel that people like this just dont realize how much time and money they already save by having a pump on there job.

the ones that regularly ask for discounts over and over again just really makes my not want to perform to the fullest or makes me want to pump the job out a little high. lol but i dont i still do what i always do and just let the office deal with it. well just felt that this was a good topic.

$90- an hour and $3- a yard is the retail price for billing. $90- an hour COD is your discount. prime time of the day is full price. short loads get discounts. raise the prices then show a discount, yep everyone wants a deal and expects you to hose out the other guy.
