How does the dispatch portion or the Rapid Apps ERP work If the tablets are not utilized at 1st.  Is the dispatch information able to dispatched ( sent) to our operators via texting to their phones?   

Yes the dispatch can text job info to operators. Dispatch works very well without tablets and has done so for 15 years but the tablets do pre-trip, gives operator  job info, gps takes him to the job, status and job ticket automation where the info gets put back into the dispatch software so you can go to your invoice and it is done so you can just email the invoice. The tablets save you time, money and keeps you from making mistakes.
