So I sent emails to both the magazine and the contractor involved so far I have gotten a reply from the magazine Shawn -- Thank you for your email. I also received a letter from the Executive Director of the American Concrete Pumping Association on this topic and will be running her letter in my next issue, along with information on how to find a safety paper about the dangers of double ended hoses.
