Thats what i think too, TooTall. But ese vatos vamos locos. I guess some guys realy think that. I dont care its like the same on jobsite one day your pissed with a guy the other you stay together. If you make an error and you can say, yes it was my fault, everything should be ok . Thats it and when i read some messages from some CPOs on here well i would not like to work with them at the same company. Such kind of CPOs are enough over here in germany knowing all never do nothing but then standing up puting the finger on you. Imagine you are a rookie and you should be trained by such a guy?
